Manual Operations
Cutting
We can supply your extrusion cut to length within tight tolerances. Straight cut or mitre, we have numerous manual and automatic saws that are capable to cut extrusions to within +/- 0.25mm. Tighter tolerances available on request.
Punching
With over 15 press machines up to 100 ton in capacity, our team have the expertise in supplying tooling to ensure your punching requirements are within tolerance time and time again. This process ensures cost competitive pricing for the repetitive process work of removing metal from aluminium extrusion.
Welding
Our well trained staff are very capable of producing repetitive welds time and time again. From the simple to the complex, our welding engineers can accommodate most needs.
Polishing
We employ experienced metal polishers to finish aluminium products to their finest shine.
Packaging
All our fabricated aluminium products are packed professionally and to customer specification. Our vast experience in exporting aluminium without damage has been derived from many years experience in this field. The safe journey of our customers products is important to us.
CNC
Machining
We offer a vast array of CNC capabilities, from the intricate small-piece to long-length machining. Our on-site expertise of programming and tooling ensures our pricing is at very competitive rates. 
Bending
Tube and profile bending from 12mm to 100mm diameter including intricate shapes to suit your needs. Our CNC bending machines are CNC controlled to ensure exact precision, time and time again.
Robotic Welding
For large volume work, we can offer efficiency and accuracy through robotic welding in both MIG and simulated TIG welding.
Drilling and Tapping
To provide innovative solutions, machinery and automation is needed to ensure customer specifications are met. Simple tasks like drilling and tapping can be done in-house to save time and money. Our on-site engineers can make the tooling necessary for repetitive tasks, such that operating costs are kept to a minimum.
Turn Key Solutions
Assembly
McKechnie Aluminium offer full turn-key solutions for our customers, including sub and full assembly including labelling and fitment of other components.
Packaging and Distribution
As part of the full turn key solution, McKechnie Aluminium can send fully assembled products, with hardware and literature, and packaged in customised boxes sent direct to anywhere in the world.
