Team Coordinator – Fabrication Days | New Plymouth

Applications are invited for a Team Coordinator (Days), working within the Fabrication Department. This role will report to the Fabrication Operations Manager.

This is a Permanent Day Work position, with standard hours 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday each week with overtime as required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strict adherence to correct work practices and procedures.
  • Booking product in and out of Fabrication.
  • Ability to prioritize work as per customer requirements.
  • Working closely with fabrication planning and operations.
  • Ensure a tidy and safe environment.
  • Attend any relevant meetings as required.
  • Ability to liaise with all internal departments/customers.
  • Great adaptability.

The successful applicant will have:

  • High standards of accuracy and quality oriented.
  • High level of compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
  • The ability to handle multiple demands and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable and results oriented.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • The ability to lead from the front and be a team player.
